Advisor to the Board
Cullen Coates - Over the past twenty-five years Cullen has held senior positions in both large and small companies. He has worked extensively both in management and consulting with domestic companies and with overseas companies migrating to the US. His breadth of substantive, hands-on operating experience uniquely qualifies him to provide careful, strategic advice and implementation guidance to Chief Executives. Cullen has extensive experience with the challenges of building companies. He has worked with more than twenty companies in as many industry sectors as well as with a variety of non-profit organizations of varying sizes and stages of growth.

Advisor to the Board
Richard A. Figliuzzi, Jr - Richard is President and CEO of Energy Management Group, Inc., ("EMG"), based in Honolulu, Hawaii, which is developing alternative energy technology focused on wind turbines. Richard has also been serving as a Director and Executive VP of the United Nations Association of the USA, Hawaii Division and as a Director and VP of Global Environment and Energy in the 21st Century. He has been a supporter and adviser to Green WiFi since 2008.

Advisor to the CEO
Jennifer Belissent - Jennifer is currently an analyst with Forrester Research covering the role of globalization and emerging markets in IT marketing strategies. Jennifer has held positions in software product marketing, business development, and telecommunications industry marketing at Sun Microsystems, has designed post-communist housing reforms in Russia and Eastern Europe, and was an educator in the Central African Republic. She speaks fluent French, rusty Russian, and a smattering of Sango picked up while in the Peace Corp. Jennifer earned a PhD in Political Science from Stanford University and a BA in economics from the University of Virginia. With her husband and two boys, Jennifer is an avid hiker, camper, gardener and most of all an intrepid world traveler. Jennifer currently resides in France.

Advocate
Carol Singh - Carol is principal of CJS Consulting, a marketing consultancy. She has 15 years experience in technology and business marketing leadership. She was most recently responsible for business development activities at Pronto Networks (OSS for Wi-Fi), working to provide solutions to deploy large-scale wireless networks to serve cities and municipalities. While at Sun Microsystems, she helped found and launch the Telecom Industry group that grew to provide a third of Sun's revenues. Carol graduated from the University of Minnesota with honors in East Asian Studies. She volunteers for various arts organizations as well as the SPCA. At home, she enjoys gardening, wine and her two cats.
